With Eric Boissenot’s complicity, the Château’s oenologist since the beginning of the 21st Century, our ambition is simple:
“To pay particular attention to getting the best possible material from the vine, selecting and blending the best of the yield with all the modern oenological science available to move the great wine of Fourcas Hosten towards the excellence of the best great growths”.
This philosophy motivates us on a daily basis to produce great quality wines, obviously respecting the environment, which are affordable and drinkable as young wines.
A major source of satisfaction and motivation is making wines which are balanced, supple and deep at the same time and which please the largest number of people.
Our technical project, started in 2006, has taken on a new form over the last few months, with the construction of the new winery and the barrel and storage rooms.
These major investments allow us to accompany our qualitative development and give us the opportunity to be even more precise in the plot-by-plot work we carry out.
